Indian & Cowboy Creative is an Indigenous-owned storytelling and media production studio based in downtown Hamilton, Ontario, focused on developing original content across film, podcasting, journalism, and digital media. Founded by media creators Ryan McMahon and Madeline Wilson Shaw, the studio was established to create authentic, community-driven storytelling that reflects Indigenous voices and contemporary Canadian culture. Operating from the historic King John Building, Indian & Cowboy Creative functions as both a production company and collaborative creative space, hosting live events, podcast recordings, workshops, and storytelling festivals that connect artists, journalists, and audiences.
